AEROSPACEOur aerospace balancers offer a state-of-the-art operating experience with the smallest possible footprint. Permanent calibration and rotor-specific calibration is a standard in our aftermarket crankshaft and clutch balancing systems. Our dual mass flywheel and clutch balancers utilize the latest rotating speed measuring systems. Our systems have intuitive and easy to operate software, in addition to the latest measuring and control units.

Our crankshaft balancers are designed for high production environments and offer rapid part-to-part cycle times and high levels of reduction ratio for all types of crankshaft configurations. We offer single and multi-station machines both with a fully automated operating sequence and optional automatic loading by interfacing your conveying equipment to further increase production throughput.

CRANKSHAFT

Our vertical balancing machines are designed for high production automotive OEM and tier 1 environments, supporting a wide range of applications. These component balancers boast fast cycle times and quick changeover.

Our two-station crankshaft balance machine has been designed to increase your productivity by having both the balance/audit station and correction station seamlessly operating together in a single compact machine. It consists of an unbalance measurement station, the correction station with through drill MQL cooled drill unit, a servo pneumatic transfer for internal transport of the crankshafts and a central air-conditioned switch cabinet, which accommodates the electrical, electronic and pneumatic components.

Our axle balancers are suitable for high-volume balancing of automatic, vertical axis third members when driving through the input flange - using a replica “hung mass” is required. Attributed to its modular design, our axle balancer can easily be supplied as a single or twin station. The twin station allows loading of the part in one station while another part is being balanced in the other station. Only one welder/drill required for correction on both stations.

AXLE

Our 3-axis milling system, automatic locking of impeller at correction plane level for its firm support during milling and fast feed rate of mill end ensures quick correction time while maintaining the fine quality of a machined surface. As a result, the machine is the fastest in its segment. Alternatively, the correction system is capable of drilling.

PUMP IMPELLER

Our electric armature balancing machine for industrial motors can work as a stand-alone unit or can be integrated into your production cell with automatic part loading and unloading by a robot or loading gantry. A wide range of mass correction methods are possible such as radial drilling, radial slot milling, and radial finger milling. Statistics program for quality tracking, communication with Factory Talk Production Centre or creating and uploading new setup data from the office while maintaining the continuity of machine operation.

ELECTRIC ARMATURE

By working closely with our customers, we can develop machines to balance any configuration of propshaft, meeting all customer specifications.

Our flagship machine, the PS100, is a highly configurable propshaft balancing machine ideal for high volume and high accuracy OEM production. It is capable of rapid fully automated balancing of 1 to 4-piece propshaft that require balancing in 1 to 5 planes.The PS100 can balance any configuration of propshaft, it takes up to 100kg in weight (including the tooling/chucks). A selection of chucks can be supplied to accommodate CV, flange, slip yoke, open UJ’s and rubber couplings

PROPSHAFT

Our brake balancers are designed with flexibility in mind. With full and semi-auto options, our brake balancers are available as single station machines with options for manual load, robot load, or track load, as well as three-station machines (measure > correct > measure) with a track lift system.

These machines are compatible with a wide range of discs, rotors, and drums and maximize utilization, increasing throughput and reducing costs.

We have worked closely with our customers to develop machines that achieve this through precision balancing for high production environments.The electric motor industry is growing rapidly and requires machinery that can operate with fast cycle times to keep up with demand. Our machines can be fully automated, have integrated correction systems and interface with your conveying equipment to meet production demand.

Our E-Mobility machines have been manufactured to overcome difficulties caused by the magnetic properties of E-rotors and can be tailored to customer requirements to accommodate almost any rotor type. They can take the form of either a single or multi station horizontal balancing machine with multiple options for correction including drill, mill and pin press.

E-MOBILITY

Depending on the flywheel model, our balancing machine offers correction by automatic welding including automatic correction weights feeding system and automatic radial drilling. Barcode reading, automatic door open and close, automatically expanding mandrel and automatic wheel marking makes the machine suitable for mass production, whereas the application of sensors for the detection of drilled holes and welded correction weights makes the machine perfect for balancing of large batches of factory-reconditioned wheels.
