• Put a plan in place to schedule your day effectively
• Allocate time for urgent assignments
• Allocate family time
• Allocate "YOU" time
A is for action
• Put the plan or blueprint into action
• Stick to the plan
L is for learning
• Be a self-improvement advocate
• Keep learning
A is for activity
• Exercise regularly
• Bring co-workers or employees for a lunchtime walk
• Conduct meetings whilst going for a walk
• Encourage all staff to move around the office more
• Encourage "sports days" and family days
N is for nutshell
• Review your day
• note your successes and how you achieved them
• Note your failures and how you can improve tomorrow
