Advantage of BakeryThere are many types of bakery but all of them mostly made from flour, sugar , butter ,milk , egg and so on. All of those stuffs give many nutrients for consumers. Flour and sugar give carbohydrate which is gives an energy for the body. Egg and milk give protein which produce tissue. Butter gives fat which protein is produce lubrication and the skin be fresh. For health lover, the best stuff is cereal and nowadays people have more trick to make more tasty. So we will have a good taste and also have a good health .
