The BakeRite Company imports and supplies a wide range of premium flours for bakery applications. The Flours are naturally gluten-free, and are sourced from high quality producers who can ensure a consistently pure flour.

We also have a range of Functional Flours that have a high level of functionality not associated with normal flours. They are naturally highly nutritious and completely additive free for clean labelling. They can be used for thickening, expansion and volume and for taste and colour. Our Functional Flours are instant and easy to use.
