Fajitas from a smokehouse? Why not! First, we take butterflied sirloin steak, and chicken and marinate them. Then we smoke them for about 2+ hours for a taste you just can’t get anywhere else.

Delivery & Set UpWe will arrive 15 to 30 minutes before your scheduled service time, bringing your items in disposable containers along with disposable plates, plasticware, PoK-e-Jo’s cups, condiments and ice. We’ll arrange everything, make sure you’re set and head out.

Pick UpYour order is conveniently packed in industrial-strength aluminum and plastic con-tainers. We’ll make sure you’ve got plenty of plates, plasticware, PoK-e-Jo’s cups, condiments and ice. Our staff at the restaurant will check everything out with you and help you out to your car.

Full ServiceThis is a complete buffet with custom chafers and linen tablecloths. Our friendly staff keeps the buffet full and serves for 1.5 hours unless you tell us otherwise, and then we’ll pack it up and leave it like we found it. We’re flexible about menu choices, pricing and staffing — but never sacrifice our famous quality and service.
