founded in 1981, and proud to be considered the largest

and most active bi-national chamber of the Americas in

Florida.

Our members represent small and large companies, author-

ities, entrepreneurs, and young professionals engaged in

fostering bilateral commercial relations between Brazil and

the United States, while representing Florida’s diverse

business community.

The BACCF is run by a volunteer Board of Directors

composed of representatives from member companies. As

a non-governmental association, the BACCF is supported

primarily by membership dues and income from fundraising

events.

attention – we are constantly on the lookout for the

“next big thing.” While not all innovations are

disruptive, still driving economic growth, disruptive

THE BEANS - BACCF ANNUAL FEIJOADA

The "Feijoada" is one of the most important annual events organized by the BACCF, where

we welcome in the new Board of Directors for the upcoming year and thank our members

for their continued support. An informal luncheon held on the last Saturday of January,

BACCF members and friends gather together to celebrate.

“Feijoada” is considered by some as Brazil’s national dish - a delicious stew of black beans

with a variety of beef and pork cuts. It is typically served with rice and accompanied by

chopped fried collard greens, lightly roasted coarse cassava flour, and peeled and sliced

oranges. “Caipirinhas” and other typical drinks make it a perfect occasion to treat

employees, friends and clients alike.
