Once again, BabyLegs® helps parents prepare for summer with the Summer Survival Kit. The BL mission has always been simplifying parenting and protecting babies and kids, and now with our solutions-oriented line of products, BL makes the boardwalk, beach, campgrounds, park, or playground more enjoyable by reducing the chance of sunburn, skinned knees, bug bites, and chilly summer nights.
ByeByeBugs™ is our unique line of leg/arm coverings that are fabricated from breathable cotton mesh and specially treated with EPA-registered Insect Shield® technology to repel mosquitoes, fleas, ants, ticks, and many other species that can cause diseases. Your customers will feel confident putting ByeByeBugs on their kids, as Insect Shield® doesn’t penetrate baby’s skin.

For this Spring/Summer 2013 catalog, BabyLegs chose the South Beach Boardwalk on Staten island, new York as the backdrop. no location scouting was needed: it was an easy selection because of its proximity to new York City, the view of Coney island across new York harbor, and dramatic vistas of the verrazano-narrows Bridge and Manhattan. in late September, 2012, the BabyLegs team and photographer ingrid Skousgard spent a day of fun and fashion on Staten island, as the chil-dren played in the sand and on the South Beach Boardwalk in their BabyLegs. Exactly four weeks later, hurricane Sandy struck and wreaked havoc on this borough of new York City that is famed for its ferry, its abundance of parks and green spaces and, of course, miles of waterfront. We dedicate this catalog to the people of Staten island who were severely affected by hurricane Sandy and, to show our support and appreciation, we’ve donated resources to the Stephen Siller Tunnel to Towers Foundation. This organization, established in memory of Stephen Siller, a new York City firefighter who lost his life on 9/11/01, is dedicated to doing good. initiatives include ongoing support for victims of hurricane Katrina and rebuilding an orphanage in haiti. Most recently, the organization’s efforts to rebuild Staten island have provided a vast amount of relief to those who lost family members, their homes, or pieces of their lives to hurricane Sandy.
