A product family is inspired by patterns representing the idea of ‘engagement’.Bearing traces of the historical texture of ancient Babylonia, Babil Serdiyar sofa bundles up its guests with its high back and provides the comfort of being alone. The detailing on the legs of the sofa can also be seen on the arms. With different colored pillows which support your posture, the sofa displays functionality.

Materials and FinishesThe seat frames should be manufactured in a conjoint form from 20X20X1.2 mm ST34 and 20x30x1.5mm ST34 box profile. For the contours and when required, wood laths should be mounted.
The backrest frame should be manufactured in a conjoint form from 15X15X1.2 mm ST34 hollow section. For the contours and when required, wood laths and tabs should be mounted.
The metal frame should be painted with corrosion-resistant rust preventive paint.
The outer sides of the metal frame should be coated with 3mm MDF boards. When required, solid wood laths should be mounted.
In order to ensure comfort, an elastic column should be mounted to the seat. 10cm 35D 40 HR foam, 6cm 36D soft foam and 3cm 26D hyper foam should be used for the seat. For the rear inner, 2cm 32D gray foam should be used. For the contours, however, 1cm 22D 50 gray foam should be used.
The inner cover material should be manufactured from 200gr fiber with lining on both sides.
The filling material of the back cushion should be a mixture of plumes. The cushions should be manufactured from special cut HR foam and fiber.
The legs of the product should be manufactured by aluminum injection in special form and painted with black epoxy paint.
Assembly Parts The seat and backrest frames should be
connected to each other with metric screws and bolts. The protectors used for the legs should be plastic injection.
