Detailed Process Description

PL Planning

This scenario is about the processes of planning P data and approving planning data.

 After confir%ing the sales planning data and &'( planning data" the relevant depart%ent

planner inputs data via P planning input schedule for his responsible depart%ent. Sales tea% onl# needs to %aintain the selling e$pense accounts4 financial depart%ent needs to %aintain ad%inistrative

e$penses and +inancial inco%e5e$pense4 for !T and &6 depart%ent" onl# ad%inistrative e$penses accounts are re7uired.

epart%ent planner sets the status to sub%itted for %anager8s approval.

epart%ent %anager reviews the P planning data and approves or reects it. 

!f approved" the data wor9 status is set to loc9ed. !f reected" depart%ent planner should re:open the BP+ to adust the

planning data

Business corporate %anager confir%s the corporate P planning data.
