    Louise Orr, SEQ Catchments

Working for a social enterprise, I support numerous local community groups to care for

our beauful local environment, helping them to nd resources and inspiring them to nd

new ways of doing things. This year I was lucky enough to spend three amazing days in

Melbourne learning from the largest gathering of community enterprises in Australia.

Mik Peer, Bulimba Creek Catchment Coordinang Commiee (B4C)

Ive spent the last 30 years striving to help local landcare groups, charies and

cooperaves. I coordinated an ideas incubator for ethical and social enterprises for many

years. Seventeen years ago I helped to found B4C and have helped guide them to become

one of the most successful environmental social enterprises in Brisbane.

    Dean Bleasdale, Green Dean

Consultant, permaculturist, urban farmer, educator, speaker, nutrionist; these are justsome of the things I do. I love urban food growing and I want to show everyone why they

should too. Ive started many iniaves to do this including the Brisbane Mulcultural

Edible Gardeners, SEQ Urban Farmers, The KFC Project and Fermental as Anything! to

    name a few.
