As of October 2nd 2020, a 6% interest penalty applies to unpaidJuly bills. Interest cannot be waived or reduced.

Go to www.townofmanchester.org and select "$ Online Tax & WaterPayments" in the bottom center screen.
Starting JULY 1, 2020, Motor Vehicle taxes can be paid online with a credit card orE-check without an additional convenience fee. Convenience fees still apply toonline payments of Real Estate and Personal Property, to avoid this fee, pay bycheck or money order.
You can also use the envelope enclosed with the bill to mail or drop off yourpayment at the drop box behind Town Hall.
