A GALLERY OF USELESS ITEMS

I would like to start with a critical point of view as to a concern with the human race and consumerism generally

The problems we seem to be having in regards to pollution and attitudes towards recycle ling as we are somewhat embarrassed and have to keep on living in the way we do just simply recycling just so we can keep consuming in the same way

So in the regard of this very issue I have gathered some items of useless uses as a kind of example of how inept some of the mind set of the products /inventions that have been adopted.

I have decided to put them in order from 10 to number one so here at number 10 is a leaf blower . a noisy and inefficient way of clearing leafs .

In a museum space I would have further information in regards to the effects of three d printing on consumerism included in this space or cabinet and possibly have a computer opposite with a reflection of a screen with overrule cost and toxicity effect on the environment and health issues related to plastic and the carless need to try and invent possible usefull objects

At number eight I would place this item as workload is so high in some places such as japan and Korea they don’t even have time to eat so this is a I dear of being able to eat lunch faster and get back to work . although this is a critical view it is the only view I can have in regards to a dystopian future of working to the order of computer processed time tables of what is a reasonable time to eat lunch dinner breakfast

Here at number seven

this is a humorous item as I think its a invention that has not been manufactured but its a laugh and we all need that sometimes useless this item is but the concept of farming being a hands on affair and a relationship with nature is a important issue and this handy but totally unusable item has a strong concept of a understandable interface with growing food and plants this I would display in a multimedia concept with possible terraforming of desert like environments and how much time and effort and soil and science of working with natural forces it would take to grow crops I think at this point from entrance as this is number six I would increase the amount of information as to ecology and living with the planet and providing habitats for wild animals and wild life in general

Would place this photo and a gallery of misplaced and not easy to understand and useless signs of which there are many

is to me a sure sign of trying very hard to shape nature and the nature of fruit here in respect to the size a weight of a tomato to conform to our needs of convenience.

I myself critically see farming as something and nature as we should not mess with and confuse the natural order of plants and vegetation .but in trying and working on genetics and modification is a science of possible disaster if not managed properly and without the use of toxic chemicals.

This image speaks for its self as in regards to and in the relationships with our pets and the over domestic treatment of dogs and other animals here this image to me shows clearly a embarrassment over the issue of a dogs behind and the process of digestion

Packaged and probley with a cologne type smell it seems to me that marketing has got out of control and possibly this is for a gender organisation of men’s needs as in the regard of keeping fresh and ready for casual sex possibly with the same gender not that that its self is not unusual but it is catering for a market which is helping to establish its self on gender related issues .
