    appointment at a convenientdate and time for Field

    Service Executive visit andexplains the documentation

    customer.

    5. The ac end TEAMverifies the filled upforms and attached

    documentation and if allcorrect, puts it up for

    processing the fees andDemand Note

    4.Field Executive visits thecustomer at his premises atthe pre-fixed appointment

    time, inspects the premises,verifies the documents

    provided y the customer andif all found OK gets the

    documentation done andta es a photograph of the

    premises and returns the fileto the ac end.

    PROCESS

    1. Mo ile Teams collect the meters, service line, seals etc. from the ac -end

    stores and leave in the morning.

    2. They reach the customer site and install the new meter and service lineand energise the premises.

    3. They get the protocol sheets filled up and signed y the customer.

    4. These are then su mitted to the ac end at the end of the day when all

    given installations are completed.

    5. The ac -end stores Team verifies the protocol sheets and the material

    issued to the mo ile Team is reconciled in the evening itself.
