Admission to the B.A. / B.Sc. / B.Com. (Honours, General & Major) & BCA Courses for the session 2020-2021 It is notified for the information of all concerned that the candidates who have passed the H.S./Equivalent Examination in 2020 or 2019 or 2018 will be admitted to the B.A./B.Sc./B.Com. (Hons., Gen. & Major) & BCA 1

st Semester for the academic session 2020 -2021 as per norms.

No student will be allowed for admission into 1st

Semester who passed HS Examination in 2017 as per UG regulation.

(A) APPLICATION THROUGH ONLINE SYSTEM :

All the candidates have to apply through Online (College Website : www.mahishadalrajcollege.com) for admission to the

B.A. / B.Sc. / B.Com. (Honours, General & Major) & BCA Courses 1st

Semester for the session 2020-2021.

(B) ADMISSION AND PAYMENT THROUGH E-COUNSELLING AND ONLINE SYSTEM :

(E) APPLICATION CHARGE : Rs. 100.00 for a Single Form (Excluding Bank Charge). NOTE : Fees once paid will not be refunded. If applicant paid twice for one form the refund should be made for onetransaction via same source.

(H) DATE(S) OF E-COUNSELLING :

After Publishing of Final Merit List, the Phase wise E-COUNSELLING LIST (as per the Intake Capacity) will be published as per the Admission Notice. The Selected candidates have to scan original copies of M.P. Admit, H.S. Admit, H.S. Marksheet, Caste Certificate, PH Certificate etc. and upload it to the portal (Max size : 100 kb and in jpg format) and pay the Admission Fees within the stipulated date(s) positively. All the Admission will be done through E-Counselling and Admission Fees have to pay through online process (using Credit/Debit Card/Net Banking). Candidates are advised to follow the Admission/E-counselling Notice in regular basis. They are also advised to check the Admission Payment Status and if any discrepancies arise in this regard they have to contact with the college office within the admission date positively. No objection will be entertained after the admission date.

If a candidate does not fulfill the eligibility criteria and submit false representation in any data, the admission will be treated as cancel at any stage. All the admission through Online will be treated as “Provisional”. After verifying the Original documents, the admission will be treated as “Final”. The date(s) of Documents Verification will be informed later on.

NOTE : If a candidate is already admitted in any subject and further selected for admission in another subject through next phase

E-counselling, then an OTP will be send to his/her mobile number for cancellation of previous admission. At first he/she has to cancel his/her previous admission, and then he/she will be able to admit in the next admission. No Fees will be adjusted at the time of further admission. The Fees of previous admission will be refunded from the college cash counter on the notified dates, informed later on.
