bluesource leverages state-of-the-art technology to proactively manage your Azure platform. Using highly skilled and accredited engineers and consultants, we will work to resolve technical issues, provide reports, optimise your platform and provide 24/7 support. Our Azure Managed Services help to both reduce your operating costs and take away the pain points of your Azure tenant.
We monitor your Azure platform, assessing resource allocation on a per VM basis. This provides rightsizing for the platform as well as leveraging RI’s and hybrid benefit where applicable.
We monitor your core applications and provide proactive support on a 24/7 basis. These applications include, but are not limited to, Exchange, SharePoint, SQL, Citrix and the Veritas suite.
We provide granular reporting including detailed information about the Azure platform and its consumption, as well as ongoing optimisation of the Azure tenant.
