5% Off-season discount :Valid for orders of complete bikes/trikes or frame sets placed either directly or through our dealers from 1st October until 31st January.

Prices :All prices include VAT, which means they are the final prices for EU customers.Non EU customers get an 18% discount from the list prices, but they are responsible for paying custom duty and local taxes.

Shipping :Bikes and trikes are shipped in a cartoon box, 95% assembled.No special tools or technical skills are needed to get them ready for the first ride.

Shipping costs :Shipping is free within the whole EU and vast majority of other European countries.We ship worldwide with delivery costs ranging from 100 to 300 EUR for a complete bike or trike.Special conditions apply to shipping to the US. Please, check the USD pricelist for more details.

Payment :Preferred payment method - bank transfer.We accept credit card payments (1% surcharge).Orders have to be prepaid.
