Key Roles:

Serve as BMS Engineer and monitoring BMS mode test, cause and effect test and integration with OCS (Overall control system)

Carry out the technical review, approval and process of all technical submittals such as drawings, materials, method statement, work procedures, etc.

Carrying out the inspection of works carried out by contractor in respect of the works relative to BMS field devices installations as per the approved drawings and proper quality is maintained.

Obtaining approval of drawings to ensure effective management, including the control of site progress, resolutions of site problems, control of site meetings, etc.

Involving in the planning of HVAC equipment BMS start-up & operational, functional & integration tests and ensuring that all devices are installed before BMS start up.

Ensured proper maintenance of site records, inclusive of daily site diaries in an approved format and formal monthly progress.

Accountable for devising and implementing plans for commissioning of Building Management Equipment in NDIA Project including AHU, ERU, FAHU, FCU, PHEX, Pumps, EF’s, motorized smoke dampers & HVAC systems DDC panels.

Participating in technical co-ordination and progress meetings & site co-ordination discussions with consultants & Main-contractors

Conveying technical expertise through process analysis, control philosophy and functional specification management responsible for Execution as per drawings & design, final validation of system operation.

Reviewing of project specification and make sure that the work is carried out as per the project requirement, specification and customer satisfaction.

Conducting site walks with the main contractor and informing them about the hurdles facing at site and providing proper support to them to complete the works as per the drawing and site requirements.

Preparation of inspection reports and attending inspections with the consultant and providing technical justification to get the inspection approved.

Preparation of Testing & commissioning Method statements for the BMS system. Lead HVAC project operations entailing inspection, testing & commissioning and final

handover of HVAC with complete project management accountability Able to Design DDC Wiring diagram, Control schematics, system architecture & other

drawings by using AutoCAD.

Highlights: Instrumental and pivotal contribution in complete Testing & commissioning of all Building

Management system field devices in HAMAD INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT (Doha, QATAR). Successfully carried out pre-commissioning, testing and commissioning of HVAC and electrical

units using Siemens DDC Controller in BACnet System. Significant role in finishing the Building Management System and delivering on time on an

accelerated mode for NOBU Restaurant for its requirement to be cleared by the Civil Defense. Testing and commissioning of DDC/MCC panels (Direct Digital Controllers) for the Red line

stations as well as preparing progress reports, BMS schematics, riser diagrams and various schedules to coordinate with the Main Contractors and Consultants.
