Goal 1:
All students at Axtell Elementary will demonstrate exemplary academic and social performance and will contribute
positively to a Global Society.
*Raise the level of academic performance by using data analysis to develop an effective instructional plan.
Increase the percentage of students meeting or exceeding Panel Recommendation Level of State Standards in
all areas of the STAAR tests.
Decrease the number of Elementary school students who are retained by offering additional remediation and
support programs.
Increase the number of students reaching Junior High standards.
Increase opportunities for Special Education students.
