Set of predefined chronological steps , specific to each
portfolio. WF determines collection process (step by step) applicable to client‘s
portfolio

Pro-active call service
Outsource your receivables to us and we are able to carry out a pro-active call when you issue the invoice after a defined period of time. This call gains confirmation that your client has received and agrees with the invoice. This is an effective psychological step to ensure invoices are paid on time as the client previously has confirmed everything is OK No more excuses

Insolvency Radar

Concessions can be made on penalty interest for late payment – We have developed a late payment penalty interest
calculation tool which allows you quickly and simply to work out the interest.

Case Study Case of a client before engaging Axelerator:
– 5 Million Czech crowns overdue receivables with average 60 overdue days, total capital cost of overdue receivables 5.8 Millions Czech crowns.
– the in-house Accountant/Finance Director and CEO chased overdue bills on an ad hoc basis
– An external lawyer is retained at a added cost used only for the largest receivables which exceeded 500,000 CZK
– During this period they missed-out on 4 registrations of claims in insolvency
After using Axelerator basic service for collection (combination of 6 months campaign and long-term outsourcing of the on-going services)
– overdue receivables with average 60 overdue days, total capital cost of overdue receivables 5.8 Million Czech Crowns
– total average fees paid to Axelerator 500,000 CZK
– the capital cost of managing overdue receivables were reduced by 300,000 CZK – excluding the saved labour cost
– the initial rate of payment defaults has decreased (debtors got used to paying on time)
– the client lost 3 smaller customers of which 2 went insolvent within 4 months
– at the end of the 6 month campaign, 25% of receivables were sued in court (under Axelerator management) and 2% of receivables (the worst ones) - were sold at 5% of their nominal value
– continues to service the client’s new receivables on an on-going basis, client sends receivables to Axelerator for processing when they are 5 days overdue
