Page 17: Awards Program - North Dakota State UniversityIncentive Program requirements (attending the required meetings and exhibiting at Achieve-ment Days) and the five year rotation, the 4-H

Colleen Svingen Konwinski has been a great blessing to the Richland County 4-H program! Her leadership and support has assured that we have an active and growing youth program today. In every 4-H activity she gave positive encouragement—professional in every way!

Her willingness to take on new responsibility and meeting challenges is commendable. Our partnership with the Bagg Farm is one example.

Her working relationship with that of her loyal staff consistently produced well-planned activities. She worked many long days because most of the 4-H activities were in the evening or on weekends.

We have a vibrant 4-H youth program because of her dedication to "Making the Best Better!"
