October

7th - Fish Bowl Night - go “fishing” for a prize

for every section you complete in your book to-

night!

14th - Think Pink Night - Everyone (yes, that

means you too boys) wears something pink!

21st - Awana Takes Flight Night - my ban on

paper airplanes is temporarily lifted during game

time. We will have lots of fun and contests while

we make and fly paper airplanes. The ban is back

on at 7:30 sharp! :-)

non-scary costume. If you are in doubt on whether or not your costume is scary, please check ahead of time.

November

4th - Silly Sock Night - wear your craziest, silli-est socks!

11th - Veterans Day -No Awana

18th - Attitude of Gratitude Night - Tonight we will take some time to thank some very im-portant people.

25th - Thanksgiving Break - No Awana

December

2nd - Treasure Chest Night and Semester Prizes!

9th - Awana Christmas Party - Last Awana of the year.

9th - Dress a Mess Night - mismatched, tacky or otherwise messy dress in the attire of the evening!

16th - Pajama Night - Come in your favorite PJs!

23rd - Spring Break - No Awana

30th - Banana Night - Wear yellow and we will end the night with a special banana surprise!

April

6th - Pudding Feast - Tonight we will be hav-ing a pudding eating contest with a twist!

13th - Perfectly Purple - Everyone wears something purple!

20th - Bubble Night - Bubble gum, bubble blowing...tonight is about all things bubble!

27th - Five Verse Night - We are getting close to the end of the Awana year! To give you a boost on your handbook, everyone saying five verses tonight will get a special surprise!

May

4th - Beautiful Blue - Everyone wears blue!

11th - Treasure Chest and Semester Prizes!

18th - Year End Party

Second Semester Awana Schedule

January

6th - Chocolate Night - Tonight is all about one of my favorite things - CHOCOLATE!

13th - Zoo Night - Bring your favorite stuffed animal

20th - Make a Joyful Noise Night - bring a whistle, bell or any other noisemaker! Be crea-tive! I know y’all know all about making noise!

27th - S’mores Night - Back by popular demand we are making S’mores!

February

3rd - Popcorn Night - We are making (and eat-ing) POPCORN!

10th - Spread the Love Night - In honor of Val-entine’s Day we are taking time tonight to spread the love to some VIPs (Very Important People)

17th - Hot Chocolate Night - Tonight we will warm up with some hot chocolate - complete with lots of marshmallows and whipped cream!

24th Crazy Hair Night - We will be giving priz-es for the goofiest hair!

2nd - Cookie Monster Night - We will be deco-rating, eating and sharing cookies!
