In 2012 we begin a new 10 year focus for our ministry activities in Bolivia. We will continue with our Cochabamba operations, and we will start to replicate what we do in several cities around the country. Our desire for each of the cities is to: (1) establish an office that will help pastors and churches, (2) start an orphanage, (3) plant a thriving church, and (4) begin a Christian school, where needed.TRANSCRIPT
"Awakening the Dream" - What the next 10
years will look like
January 1, 2012
Last week we spent several days hosting a leadership conference in Sucre, Bolivia. This
was not the first time that I had been to this city. In fact, when we first began working in
Bolivia 10 years ago we traveled to cities like Sucre often. We went to regions where very
few went. You could almost say it was a
forgotten city.
It is always a reflective time for me
when I return to cities like this because it
reminds me of our beginnings. The sky
was the limit. Finances were not the main
factor of whether we did something or
not. We were not afraid to dream big.
Most importantly the idea of impacting
the entire country was something that we
could see within our grasp. The
possibilities kept us awake at night. I
often miss those days.
We have seen God do great things in Cochabamba in the last 8 years. We planted a
thriving church. We established a Christian school where children are trained in the Word
of God. We are seeing lives changed in The House of Dreams Orphanage every day. We
have helped Christian leaders through countless conferences and programs to help pastors
and churches. All these things are wonderful and we will continue to do them. Now the
question stands before us "what will we do for the next 10 years?" We are finding the
courage to dream again.

We desire in the next 10 years to radically impact the country of Bolivia for the cause of
Christ through strategically establishing operations in key cities. If you are receiving this
letter it is because we believe you might be willing to help us with this 10 year challenge.
Maybe you will be a monthly partner or give a significant financial gift? Maybe you can
come and serve with us long-term or short-term? Maybe you pray? All we ask is that you
get involved in the ways that you are able. Also, keep in mind that this could be a wonderful
