It is also engaged into technical, legal, and management consultancy provider in the marine industry. Established in the years 2011, it is governed by a two directors, Mr. Ram Singh (M.E.) having 25 years of experience in the field of Structural, Mechanical repairs & fabrication and Mr. Nikhil Singh (Naval Arch, B.E. Mech, QM) having 10 years of experience in Marine Repairs, New construction, Modification, Conversion of Marine Vessel & Designing. Earlier the company was on proprietorship than converted into Private Limited, ASPL extends its services to its clients through 25 years of experience in the field of structural and mechanical repairs & fabrication. ASPL have experienced tremendous growth in the Marine vessels that are built / repaired /modified are very well received by the customers. Company has successfully carried out intricate and completed projects within stipulated time to the classification standard of Indian Register of Shipping, Admiralty Indian Navy standards, Lloyds register of shipping, Engineers India Ltd. etc The commitment of ASPL in providing high quality services where the company is also registered under COMPANY ACT 1956 & CENTRAL BOARD OF EXCISE AND CUSTOMS & will be soon reflected in sector ISO 9001-2000 certification. ASPL has the most efficient equipment for lifting vessel-power tech & jacks, Welding Inverters- 26 III phases & 03 I phases, Power drill for drilling upto 50-100mm bore,Lath-8” foot bed, H.P. jet washing M/C & Sludge removing pump.
