Born at Balmoor Village & Mandal, Mahaboobnagar District in an agricultural family, studied upto

Intermediate at Nagarkurnool, Mahaboobnagar District, studied B.Com., at City College, Hyderabad and

obtained Law Degree from Osmania University in the year 1977.

Enrolled as an Advocate on 19th January 1978 and joined as junior in the chambers of late Sri G. Haridatha

Reddy, Advocate, Hyderabad worked upto 1984. Started independent practice 1985 onwards.

Practiced mostly on Civil side at High Court of A.P. and Telangana, City Civil Courts, Hyderabad and Ranga

Reddy District Courts, Special Courts for Land Grabbing Cases and other Courts in twin cities and also dealt

revenue cases before various revenue authorities.

He has been standing Counsel for Osmania University since 1995 for Lower Courts and was Standing Counsel

for Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanam for twin cities & R.R. District Courts.

He has been elected five times as Member of the Bar Council of A.P. and Telangana in 1995, 2000, 2006, 2012

and again in 2018. He was co-opted Member of the Bar Council of India Disciplinary Committee since 1995 till

April, 2006. He was elected as Vice-Chairman of Bar Council of A.P. on 05-02-2005 and continued upto 24-06-

2006. Elected as Chairman of Bar Council of State of A.P. on 25-06-2006 and reelected as Chairman of Bar

Council of State of A.P. on 26-02-2012. Elected as the first Chairman of the newly formed Bar Council of the State

of Telangana on 24-11-2018.

He has been appointed as Hon. Chairman of the Andhra Mahila Sabha – College of Law for Women.

Being Founder President for Anantha Jyothirmai Seva Samstha conducted so many programmes (social

activities) creating awareness among General Public particularly Women and Children and conducted several

programs regarding Domestic violence Act etc. He is also Advisor for Swamy Vivekananda Samajika Seva

Samstha under the said banner conducted programmes Chethana Sadassu with the support and supervision of

Ramakrishna Math and Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams for creating awareness among the students and

youngsters at Kosgi and Nagarkurnool, Mahabobnagar District. Also released Book and CD pertaining to Right

to Information Act at Mahaboobnagar. He has concerns for physically challenged and Blind children and

Needy people besides discharging his duties as an Advocate and Chairman, Bar Council of Andhra Pradesh,

recently conducted programme at Shadnagar on behalf of entire Advocate Community to create awareness

among general public regarding Aids and its consequences & prevention on the eve of World Aids Day.

He is also the President of Telangana Chess Association, Vice President of Chess Federation of India and

Chairman of Hyderabad District Athletic Association and President of Telangana Table Tennis Association has

undertaken many events. Being an ardent sports lover, he has sponsored many events more important Chess

and Athletics.

He is being one of the Trustee of LEAD INDIA started by Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam, conducted training

programmes for the benefit of rural youth at Nagarkurnool, Mahaboobnagar District.

He conducted several programmes to set up highest standards in legal profession and to update the

knowledge and skill developments for the advocate community.

1. Only registered players of TSTTA for the year 2019 can participate in the Championships. Players who have not registered for the year 2019 can register themselves along with a registration fee of Rs. 500/- (per player) at the venue.

2. All the matches will be played in accordance with the rules and regulations as approved by TTFI.

3. Eligibility Criteria:• Youth Boys & girls event born on or after 01.01.1999• Junior Boys & Girls event born on or after 01.01.2002• Sub-Junior Boys & girls event born on or after 01.01.2005• Cadet Boys & Girls event born on or after 01.01.2008

4. Players should produce Original Date of Birth Certificate on demand

5. Players must be ready to play any number of matches in a day.

6. The Decision of Organizing Committee shall be final and binding in all matters connected with the Championships.

7. Punctuality will be strictly followed.

8. STAG 40 + Plastic balls will be used for the Championships.

9. Free accommodation and food will be provided to out station players only. The accommodation will be provided on the basis of actual number of players participating.

10. The entry fees for participating in the tournaments would be as below –

Cadet & Sub Junior event – Rs. 300/-•• Junior/ Youth/ Men & Women event – Rs. 500/-• Inter Institution Team event – Rs. 1,000/- per team

12. Athletes are expected to attend the opening ceremony and prize distribution ceremony in full tracksuit and sports shoe. Failing which may result in loss of prize money, medal or both.
