In the Automotive segment, AVTEC manufactures a wide range of products including Engines, Transmissions and Precision Engineered Components, such as Crank shaft, Cylinder blocks, Camshaft, Gears and Housings, that cater to small cars, SUVs’, and commercial vehicles for domestic as well as international markets. Due to the flexible manufacturing in place, the facilities are established with an optimum mix of process and product based layout for batch and high volume production.

As testimony to our efficiency in designing flexible manufacturing systems over different types of components, AVTEC is able to meet the continuously changing requirements for volumes and product variants.

2.5 L Diesel TC Engine with 5 speed manual – normal / remote shift transmission

Backed by strong engineering and supply chain development capabilities and supported by strong and committed vendor base, AVTEC has been able to develop and deliver products to customer satisfaction. The 2.5 L turbo charged Diesel engine and 5 speed Transaxle are few of the notable products being manufactured at Pithampur and Hosur Plant. Going further, AVTEC has established a world class scalable machining and engine assembly facility at Pithampur, producing Diesel engines for Commercial vehicle application.
