qualification and the rest 42%have undergraduate qualification
From the above data it is clear that about 13% of the employees are of 1 year expireince 30%
have 2-4 years expirence 34% have 4-6years expirence and 23% have above 6 years of

From the above table it is clear that employees having fixed pay rate is 40%and variable pay
is 38% employees having both is 22%.
From the above data it is cleared that respondents get gratuity of 15% provident fund of 40%
dearness allowance of 25% and hr allowance 6% and mediclaim 14%.
From the above table it is clear that the payout ratio ranging from 60%:40% is 30% of the
respondent, respondents getting payout ratio ranging from 70%:30% is 27% of the total
respondents, 80%:20% is 24% of the total respondents and 75%:25% is 9% of the total

for rewards on the basis of innovative ideas, about 33% says its based on increased outcome
and 28% says it is based on all round performance
From the about data it can be suggested that about 88% of the respondents says that the
company links salary with the productivity of the employees and about 12% says that salary
is not linked with productivity.
From the above table it is clear that about 77%of the respondents suggest that the compensation system is attractive and about 13 % says that the compensation system of the company is not much attractive to them and 10 % has no opinion about it

compensation is based on innovative ideas ,44% says based on performance ,27% says
based on goal achievement and 5% says based on recommendation from managers.

opinion that AVT has a strong job evaluation system ,44% are agreeing ,18 % are

compensation system is sufficient, 28% agree,21%are neutral ,16% disagree and 22%
strongly disagree.

with the statement that they revive a good pay without any discrimination,26%agree,31%is
neutral ,11%dusagree and 10% of the respondents strongly disagree
From the above data shows that about 55% of the respondents are very highly satisfied with
the level of salary increment and reward provided by the company ,21% are highly
satisfied ,19% average,3% low and 2% very low.

equally treated with that of the individuals who have similar work and qualification in the
organization and rest 9%feel that they are discriminated
