reimbursements,34% get insurance facilities 265 get loan facilities and 19 % get

reimbursements as non cash benefits.

From the above table it is clear that about 76% of the respondents receive increase in

compensation and 11%says that they don’t have a increase in compensation.

From the above data it is clear that 19.7 %( approx) says that they receive about 5%-7% of

increase in compensation ,53% receive 7-9%,13.1% receive 9%-11% of compensation ,and

13.1% receive 11%-13% of increase in compensation

From the above data it is clear that about 94% of the respondents says that the company is having performance appraisal system and 6% says no

From the above data it is clear that about 39% of respondents says that they are considered

for rewards on the basis of innovative ideas, about 33% says its based on increased outcome

and 28% says it is based on all round performance

From the about data it can be suggested that about 88% of the respondents says that the

company links salary with the productivity of the employees and about 12% says that salary

is not linked with productivity.

From the above table it is clear that about 77%of the respondents suggest that the compensation system is attractive and about 13 % says that the compensation system of the company is not much attractive to them and 10 % has no opinion about it

From the above data it can be easily interpreted that about 33% of the respondents says that

compensation is based on innovative ideas ,44% says based on performance ,27% says

based on goal achievement and 5% says based on recommendation from managers.

From the above table it is clear that about 21% are satisfied about the current compensation

system, about 33%agree, 25 %are of neutral response, 15% disagree and 6% strongly

disagree.

From the above data it can be suggested that about 18% of the respondents are having the

opinion that AVT has a strong job evaluation system ,44% are agreeing ,18 % are

neutral ,13% of the respondents disagree and rest 7% disagree with the statement

From the above data it can be interpreted that about 11% of respondents are of the opinion

that they need changes in compensation system ,33% agree ,25%are neutral , 22% disagree

and 9% strongly disagree about the statement

From the above diagram it is clear that about 13%of the respondents suggest that

compensation system is sufficient, 28% agree,21%are neutral ,16% disagree and 22%

strongly disagree.

From the above table it can be interpreted that about 22%of the respondents strongly agree

with the statement that they revive a good pay without any discrimination,26%agree,31%is

neutral ,11%dusagree and 10% of the respondents strongly disagree

From the above data shows that about 55% of the respondents are very highly satisfied with

the level of salary increment and reward provided by the company ,21% are highly

satisfied ,19% average,3% low and 2% very low.

From the above table and graph it is clear that about 91%of the respondent says that they are

equally treated with that of the individuals who have similar work and qualification in the

organization and rest 9%feel that they are discriminated
