Fredrik Simons worked with the team at AVR London for 6 weeks as an intern during his summer vacation to aid his studies at Southampton Solent University.

Fred was a very polite and thoughtful character, and was keen to learn new software and techniques. During his time at AVR he was given a self-contained project to work on, which he did carefully and in good time, even though the project turned out to be more demanding than first expected Fred was always level headed, even when faced with complex problems.
