$35 – Early Bird through 12/13/19 $38 – 12/14/19 through 2/21/20

(No advanced ticket orders will be accepted after 2/21)

$40 – At the gate the night of the event Every ticket sold means more scholarship funds for Orange County AVID seniors!

To prevent cancellation of event, submit online ticket order and payment by December 13, 2019!

PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION TO COMPLETE YOUR ORDER: • School, district, county • AVID Person In Charge name, mobile number and email address • District Director name and mobile phone number • School address and phone number • Number of tickets

(Knott’s Berry Farm provides 1 free chaperone ticket for every 10 tickets purchased.)

DEADLINES: • Early Bird ticket price: $35, orders and payment by check must be received by

December 13; payments received after the deadline will incur an increase in ticket price

• Regular ticket price: $38, orders and payment by check must be received by February 21; payments received after the deadline will incur an increase in ticket price ($40)

• No orders will be accepted after February 21; however, additional tickets may be purchased for $40 the night of the event

PAYMENT:

• Make checks payable to AVID Orange County Dollars for Scholars • District, school and ASB checks are preferred forms of payment • Only AVID PIC may submit personal checks, we do not encourage this option as

school district policy often prohibits • Cash payments will only be accepted the night of the event

PAYMENT RECOMMENDATION:

• Payments issued to the AVID PIC close to the payment deadline should be submitted in person at the OCDE AVID office
