Virtuallymaintenance ree under all weather conditions, these reliable all round units can beequipped with Fuel Sampling and Recycling Cabinet that meets the recognizedstandards o environmental protection and operational saety. All cabinets areequipped with roller shutter doors or efcient and sae operation.

DISPENSER UNITThe Dispenser unit isa separate cabinet designedor easy and sae operationduring uelling o helicopters.

The Dispenser cabinet includes: Filter water separator Filter monitor Flow meter Hose & nozzle Earthing system Spill box Sample glas Instrumentation Starter panel

PUMP UNITThe pump unit can be placed in a separate cabinet or mounted on thebase rame. The unit is the main eature or transerring uel in thesystem, and it is equipped with two stand alone high quality positivedisplacement pumps.The pumps can be operated by air or electrical motors.Antistatic and fre sae ball valves and non return check valves are used.

The Pump Unit includes: 2 ea pumps Y-strainer Non return check valves Electrical or air motors Filter water separator (optional)

JET FUEL TANKS - Storage or Transportable TankThe Setec Reuelling system can be delivered with jet uel storage tankfor up to 20,000 liters and transportation tanks for 2,000 4,800 liters.Alternatively, the system can be composed with a minimum o twotransportation tanks, which also are used or storage. The tanks aremanufactured according to ASME VIII, PD 5500, PED 97/23/EC andapproved by DNV or ABS. Transportable tanks with rames according to DNV2.7-1. The fuel tanks are made from stainless steel eliminating maintenanceand increasing lie time o the tanks.

Deluge systemA deluge system to protect against damages rom fre can be delivered upon

client request. The system is available in stainless steel, CuNi and Titaniummaterials with a capacity of 10 liters / m2/min.

TEST AND RECYCLING UNITA separate cabinet with uel test and recycling equipment is oered oroptimal environment control, cost efciency, and or sae operation.The cabinet is connected to the uel storage tank and dispenser unit by solidpipes. The uel can be sampled in a closed system, avoiding spill and unsaeoperation. Ater a sample has been taken and controlled, the sample uel willbe stored on a tank in the cabinet. The jet uel will be fltered and cleanedbeore transerred to jet uel storage tank.

The Test and Recycling cabinet includes: Sample glas Pump Filter Water Separator Tank

AVIATION FUELLING SYSTEMImenco have made an agreement with Kongsberg Defence and Aerospace (KDA) inorder to develop and produce a uel flling system or KDAs new Naval Strike Missile.

The synthetic uel which will be utilized in these missiles, is a non commercialproduct. It is very stabile and can be stored or long periods in the missile withoutdegeneration, provided the uel is not contaminated with water, air or gas.It is also crucial that the right amount o uel is loaded in to the missile.The lling system is self-controlled, and scheduled daily test runs will be performedautomatically and quality rapports generated.The Filling system consists o a transer and fltration section, quality testingsensors, manipulator or the missile and an advanced computer control system.
