Logging in Procedure

Log in from the initial screen when it prompts you for your extension.1. Enter your extension.

2. Press Enter or OK.

3. Enter your password. (Default password is “12345”)

4. Press Enter or OK.

Logging out of your telephone

1. Press Avaya Menu.

2. Select Log Out.

3. Press Log Out or OK.

4. Press Log Out again to confirm

Changing Login Password

1.1. Enter  Enter  #113#113 (Station Security Code Change (Station Security Code Change Access Code) and a dial tone is heard.Access Code) and a dial tone is heard.

2. Enter your extension number, end input with #

3. Enter your old security code with #, a dial tone is heard.

4. Enter your new security code with #, a dial tone is heard.

5. Enter the new security code again with #. You will hear the confirmation tone and the password has been changed successfully.

Logging into your voicemail

1. To log in to your voicemail, press the Message button or dial 603 8316 3333 if dialing outside office.

2. Enter your last 10 Digits DID mailbox number when prompted i.e. 03 8310 4001

3. Default password is “134679”

4. Follow the voice prompts from the voicemail system.

Answering and Making a Call

If you are not on another call

1. Lift the handset, or press Speaker to answer using the speakerphone.

2. or press Headset to answer using the headset.

3. If you are on another call

4. From the Phone screen, scroll to the line with the incoming call and press Answer or OK.

Making a Call

1. Lift the handset, press Speaker, or select an available line and press OK.

2. Dial the number you want to call.

Putting the Call on Hold

1. Press Phone to view the main Phone screen, if necessary.

2. Select the line you want to put on hold.

3. Press Hold.

4. Press Resume to retrieve the call.

Transferring a Call

1. From the Phone screen, select the line you want to transfer.

2. Press Transfer.

3. Dial the telephone number,

or call the person from the Contacts list,

or call the person from the Call Log list.

4. Press Complete to transfer the call.

Setting up a Conference Call

1. From the Phone screen, select your active call.

2. Press Conf.

3. Dial the telephone number,

or call the person from the Contacts list,

or call the person from the Call Log list.

4. Press Join to add the person to the existing call.

Adding a person on hold to a conference call

1. From the Phone screen, select your active call.

2. Press Conf.

3. Select the call on hold that you want to add to the conference.

4. Press Resume to take the call off hold.

5. Press Join to add the person to the conference call.

Dropping a person from a conference call

1. From the Phone screen, select your active call.

2. Press Details.

3. Select the person you want to drop.

4. Press Drop.

Dialing Within CJO01 Office

Dial the seven-digit short dial number.

• For example if you want to reach the number 603 8310 4001 in CJO01 office.

• Dial the seven-digit short dial number,

310 4001

Dialing Local National Calls

Dial the full string of telephone numbers.

• For example if you want to reach a number

603 2332 3333

• Press the digits 03 2332 3333

Dialing International Calls

Dial 00 followed by the overseas number, and then your IDD PIN.

For example if you want to dial the US number

+1 877 785 2155 Press the digits 00 1 877 785 2155 You will hear a continuous dial tone where you

enter your PIN, complete the dialing by keying in your 7 digits IDD PIN.

On-Net International dialing within HP offices

Dial #8883 followed by the HP office full string of telephone number.

For example if you want to reach HP Singapore number: +65 6572 3333

Press the digits #8883 65 6572 3333 On-Net dialing is a least cost telephone service for

dialing within HP offices only.
