AX Training Boot Camp Schedule The Avanade Dynamics AX Boot Camp is overall program is six weeks. New Employees will shadow on Dynamics AX customer engagements immediately following the conclusion of the Boot Camp.

AX Training Boot Camp Schedule • The schedule for all instructor-led coursework

will be Monday through Friday 8:00am – 6:00pm with a one hour lunch break (except as noted below for Weeks 4-5).

• Avanade will provide lodging and per diem reimbursements the duration of the AX Training Boot Camp. Courses will begin at 8:00am on Monday morning for Weeks 2, 3, and 5.

• New Employees will make travel arrangements to the training venue (through the employee travel portal) to begin on Monday at noon for Week 1 and 4.

• Employees will also not be reimbursed for “fly-back” between Week 2 and Week 3 (i.e., unless Employees elect to travel to their home location on those weekends at their own expense they will remain in the city of the training venue).

AX Training Boot Camp Schedule

• Coaches will be available on Saturdays morning after Weeks 1 – 3 to provide remedial instruction for Employees not successfully passing their certification exam on the previous Friday. Retesting will occur on Saturday afternoons.

• The Week 4/5 instruction will be a twelve (12) day intensive focus on Avanade methods, processes, and tools for implementing Dynamics AX in a “mock customer” scenario. The schedule will be deliverable/deadline based but New Employees should plan on studying from 8:00am – 6:00pm Monday through Saturday and from Noon – 6:00pm on Sunday between Weeks 4 and 5.

• Week 6 for those on the Functional-Services/Retail track will be self-study in their home location. All Employees will be required to successfully pass their exams for certification by the end of Week 6.
