Some Machine Features: 1. Control panel- All operations like bending, cone guide, drop-end, hold cylinder & roller

rotation is done on the panel. Also digital display gives position of top

roller.

2. Drop End- More clearance between top roller & bottom roller, higher degree of

inclination of top roller make easy material removal.

3. Cone Guide- Hardened cone guide is provided with bearing.

4. Section Bending- Both top & bottom shafts are extended to mount die which enables

different sections like beams, channels, angles, pipes, flats, round/sq bar

bending.

5.Greater tilting angle-Greater tilting angle for taper shell rolling with major dimensional

difference between small & large die.

Three Roll Variable Axis:

Information: This plate bending machine is built in pre-pinching within machine; and is provided with bottom

rollers adjustable in horizontal axis direction & top roller adjustable in vertical axis direction. It

is then possible to vary the centre distance between bottom rollers. It is possible to obtain cone

bending with heavy thickness.

Bearings are used for low friction and easy of maintenance. The standard sizes of bearings are

used to easy of maintenance.

Some Machine Features: 1) Bending Capacity- Three movable rolls with hydraulic cylinders gives large bending

capacity with pre-pinching capacity.

2) Breaking Cylinders- Breaking systems for roller anti-rotation & safety.

3) Hydraulic Motor- Rollers are separately driven by hydraulic motors, so it allows to

varying the rotational speed of rollers.

4) PLC Control Systems- PLC control gives consistency in production. Number of programs

can feed in PLC & can easily run whenever required. PLC is

provided with display on witch roller position reading is displayed.

5) Moving console- All control buttons are conveniently located on an moving console.

It makes easy operation to operator.

6) Hardened rollers- Hardened rollers are provided (58-60 HRC)

7) lubrication- Central lubrication systems is provided, It automatically lubricates

the parts of machine every time period which set in systems. It

minimizes wearing of parts.

8) Air cooling systems- Air cooling systems is given for controlling temperature of

hydraulic oil.

Four Roll Planetary Axis:

Information: It is a plate bending machine with pre-pinching within machine. Side roller movies in planetary

axis direction and bottom roller movies in vertical direction, this machine can roll more tighter

diameter as compared to three roll plate bending machine. Usually top roller & bottom roller are

driven by gear box, but in some cases side two rollers driven by separate gear box.

This type of machine gives more efficiency as compare to other type of plate bending

machine because of planetary axis movement of rollers.

Some Machine Features: 1) Pre-Pinching- Machine have better pre-bending capacity due to planetary axis movement

of rollers.

2) Moving console- Moving console with digital display for roller position gives more

efficiency in work. All control operations are conveniently located on

moving console.

3) lubrication systems-Central lubrication system is provided. It can automatically lubricate

part of machine. It minimizes wearing of machine parts.

4) Cone bending- Cone bending attachment is provided for heavy cone bending.

5) Hardened rollers-Hardened rollers are provide for maximum efficiency.

Three Roll Planetary Axis:

Information: In this type of machine three rollers are used to bend the plate. Pre-pinching is also done with the

help of three rollers. Side rollers are moved in planetary axis movement. The working of three

roll planetary axis plate bending machine is as same as four roll planetary axis plate bending

machine, only a difference is that the bottom roller supports the plate in four roll planetary axis

machine and in three roll machine side roll itself rolls the plate.

Some machine features:

1) Pre-Pinching- Pre-pinching is done with the help of side roller. Side rollers

moves in planetary axis direction.

2) Moving console- All controlled operations are located on an independent moving

console. All required digital displays are given on moving console.

3) Lubrication systems- Automatic lubrication system is given for automatic lubrication. It

minimizes wearing of machine parts.

4) Air cooling system- Air cooling system chiller is provided for cooling of hydraulic

fluid, It can increase the efficiency of machine and increase time of

working time.

5) Cone bending- Independent movement of side roller ends gives cone bending

facility.

Four Roll Linear Axis:

Information: In this type of machine four rollers are used to bending of plate. This type of machine

Conveniently used in pre-bending of plate. Side rollers are movies in linear direction & bottom

roller moves in vertical direction, This type of machine rolls more tighter diameter.

Bearings are used in housing for friction reduction and reduction in power loss and long

life of machine. This type of machine mostly used in heavy type of applications.

This machine fully work on combination of hydraulic & PLC control. All the operations

are may control by PLC display panel.

Some Machine Features: 1) Pre-Pinching- Machine have better pre-bending capacity due to linear axis

movement of side rollers.

2) Moving console- Moving console with digital display for roller position gives more

efficiency in work. All control operations are conveniently located

on moving console.

3) Lubrication system- Automatic lubrication system is given for automatic lubrication. It

minimizes wearing of machine parts.

4) Air cooling system- Air cooling system chiller is provided for cooling of hydraulic
