The module AutoPLAN FIS (Area Information System) is a software package

for real estate, contract, build and address administration. Furthermore any

area data like forestry or eco account data can be managed. Beside a

graphical web-CAD interface the application provides an extensive

reporting.

FIS

The AutoPLAN modul FIS (Area

Information System) is a

multifunctional software for the

administration of real estates,

contracts and buildings. The

software is used as company

own installation in international

corporations or as web-service

for small and medium sized

companies.

Using FIS a central data

acquisition and administration

can realized fast and

comfortable, all plant relevant

deadlines can be controlled at a

glance and graphical layouts

(e.g. land register maps) can be

generated efficiently.

Furthermore controlling functions

are available to have an

overview of all terminations,

leasing, restrictions and debts.

The AutoPLAN module FIS

consists of the application FIS-

DB and FIS-CAD

FIS-DB

Base of the module FIS-DB is a

SQL-Database where all

information (real estate data),

documents (contract) and

graphics (cadastral map), etc. is

saved centrally. FIS-DB can be

used at a local company server

as well as service by using a

cloud server. Certainly all

security requirements are

ensured.

The database configuration

import and export of the data

and the reporting is entirely web-

based. Moreover an interface to

Office applications and

accounting programs such as

SAP is possible.

A viewer which is integrated into

the web browser enables to

visualize the data without any

CAD software. Thus the user

has the possibility to access the

data from any computer work

station, tablet or smartphone.

Additionally historical data is

saved in the database. Older

project phases are available at

any time.

FIS-CAD

Using an AutoCAD platform the

module FIS-CAD links up

alphanumeric and graphical

data. For instance area objects

like real estate borders will be

linked with information about

owner, land register, etc. using

the plot number. Afterwards this

connection can be uploaded into

the database. An editing and

visualization at a later date is

thus possible at any time.

Furthermore with FIS-CAD an

analysis of graphical area

information such as the

generation of theme maps (e.g.

property overview) is possible.

The generated maps can be

presented via web browser

integrated viewer. Thus these of

AutoCAD is not required for the

daily work.
