• Core part of the unit is the fullyautomatic 1-line filling scale whichcan portion up to 2,000 differentproducts by exact number.

• After the scale the batches are fedthrough the distribution system tothe corresponding type of packag-ing.

Product change by oneclickCore part of a complete system byK&K is our PC central control. Thiscontrol can store and manage up to10,000 various articles. All settingdata of the scale are enteredthrough the PC and can be viewedin a menu.

Bag packing machines or cartoningmachines, which are equippedwith a Siemens SPS, can be man-aged from our PC control system.Labelling systems like the thermotransfer printer or the label dis-penser are also managed throughour PC control system.

This means that the whole systemcan be adjusted to suit a differentproduct simply by entering an article number:

• The scale creates the requiredquantity through the weight.

• The packaging machine suppliesthe required bag size with theideal sealing temperature.

• The TT printer or label dispenserapplies the appropriate label tothe bag or box.

• The PC control comprises a statis-tics program with average calcu-lation.

All product data can be storedreal-time or even printed.

Connection to existing operatingdata systems are optional.

Modern andprogressive . . .All K&K weighing systems aredesigned, constructed and assem-bled according to the latest tech -nical criteria.

Our construction is based on modern CAD systems with 3D soft-ware. This enables clear and trans-parent visualization of a wide rangeof machines and systems. With thatwe can plastically visualize thecomplete machine in the planningphase to our customers.

Individual details up to motionsequences of single componentscan be visualized, simulated andoptimized on the screen.

Technical drawings are available inall common formats.
