Ⅰ.Product Introduction WL-HN-01 Automatic Manipulator, used for automatic on/off of the inflammable gas, is favorable for holding back losses caused by gas leak. Featuring high automation and intelligence, it can shut off the valve of the inflammable gas automatically to prevent worse conditions when the concentration in the air exceeding the preset value detected.

Except for smart home, it can also be widely applied to smart chemicals, smart oil fields, smart filling station etc.

Ⅳ.Installation Steps ① Fasten top of the support to the appropriate position of the installation lugs with the hexagon bolt; ② Fasten the support to the gas pipe and make sure that the valve keeps an appropriate distance below the tumbler; ③ Tighten the screw according to width of the grip of the valve; ④ Adjust the hexagon bolt below the support to a proper location.

Ⅴ.Application Method 1. Networking Setup (1) This product shall be used with communication gateway and Wireless Flammable Gas Detector;

(2) Networking settings please refer to the user manual of the Wireless Flammable Gas Detector; Note: Automatic manipulator is closed by default when it is in the networking setup. 2. How to use (1) It is controlled via various smart mobile terminals. Specific operational processes see various versions of instructions; (2) Under normal conditions, LED indicator of the inflammable gas detector does not flicker. When run into smoke, it flashes red and send alarm information to the smart mobile terminals. It will not go out until the smoke dispersed;

(3) This product can also be controlled manually. Click【Multifunction Key】of the inflammable gas detector to turn on the manipulator. And click again to turn off it, and so forth.

Ⅵ.Notes Installation If you are new to using it, please read this product instruction carefully before installation. Cleaning This product should be installed in a clean and dry place to avoid humidity or other material entering internal components which will influence its work. When the surface is stained with dust, dry it with soft cloth, cleaning fluid with corrosive composition and other chemical solvent are forbidden. Storage Those products packed in boxes should be placed in the location which is dry, free of corrosive gas and available to air. The height of pile should be no more than 10 layers. Store temperature should be between -10℃～+ 40 with humidity ≤75%℃ . Transportation Those products packed in boxes can be transported with any kind of means, if the direct influence of rain, snow, and severe impact is avoided. After-sale service Once broken, it should be send to the local maintenance station and only professional personnel can open it. Our customer service department is also available for help.
