With its new revolutionary technology, Cabinplant’s multihead weigher is the only
machine on the market that can accurately weigh few-piece portions, e.g., 450 g
chicken breasts with 3 pieces in a tray.
The sensor gate technology ensures optimum feeding of each assembling pan, that
is, feeding of only one piece of product into each pan, thus obtaining the highest
possible number of combinations and achieving the highest level of accuracy.

Hygiene and safety
Fast and efficient cleaning is essential in any food production. Hygiene requirements
are becoming increasingly strict, which means higher cleaning costs and loss of valuable
production time.
A thorough cleaning is vital to eliminate microbiological growth. Cabinplant multihead
weighers are designed to reduce cleaning time and eliminate contamination risk due to
the hygienic construction.
All equipment is designed to guide water away from surfaces to improve food safety
and HSE conditions. The weigher’s mechanical parts are constructed entirely of stainless
steel, and the tilted and smooth surfaces together with sealed units rule out the risk of
product deposits.
The multihead weigher product zone is dismantled entirely without tools, and all
detachable parts can be washed on the specially designed Cabinplant washing wall using
high-pressure water. The components can also be cleaned in a hopper cleaner. Both the
washing wall and hopper cleaner can be placed on the MHW platform.

The Cabinplant multibatcher is developed based on 50 years of experience within the
food industry. The multibatcher is tailor-made to match individual requirements for
handling large portions of products.
The multibatcher can process up to 12 batches per minute or up to 720 batches per
hour, ensuring you automatic, consistent, and reliable handling of your raw material,
24/7, all year. The solution is tailor-made to your specification and can be fitted into
existing packing lines or used as a stand-alone unit. The multibatcher is suitable for all
kinds of products, including meat, poultry, and fish.

Marinating made easier – Efficient in-line marination of meat and poultry products
The marination of meat and poultry products usually requires a lot of cleaning of
production equipment and thus increased marinade spillage, but with the Cabinplant
marinating system, the spillage and cleaning required after marinating are reduced
significantly.
Our marinating system is placed in line with the packing line but compared to other
solutions, our solution is placed after the portion weighing, which means that the
multihead weigher and the conveyors are not soaked in marinade.
No spillage and minimum maintenance
Fillets are portioned through the multihead weigher in one portion to a Cabinplant
distribution tool. When five portions are ready, they are discharged into the mixing
units. The fresh products are mixed with the marinade in the mixing cassette—only
enough marinade to cover the meat pieces, no surplus marinade.
After marinating, the product is delivered directly into pre-made trays or thermoformed
trays without spillage on the tray edges.
