Printing instructions:

The pages are formatted for printing double sided, in

portrait format on A5 sized paper. Margins are uneven

and mirrored to allow for spiral binding.

Paper requirements:

2x A5 210gsm sheets for pages 1, 2, 27 & 28 (front

and back covers)

12x A5 80-100gsm sheets for pages 3-26

page 29 need not be printed
