coralexpeditionsEmbark on a journey with Coral Expeditions to the place time forgot; through Papua New Guinea and the Spice Islands and Raja Ampat. Staying true to our name, these voyages are genuine expeditions, taking you to rarely visited islands and communities scattered throughout untouched wilderness areas. Immerse yourself in the wild and rugged scenery of Papua New Guinea, with its mighty rivers and volcanic mountains that take you away from the complexities of modern times. Visit remote villages rich in culture and meet with the people who have maintained their traditional way of life for generations. Our voyage through the Spice Islands and Raja Ampat is an expedition like no other. Swim, snorkel or dive through

crystal-clear waters, exploring colourful coral gardens and encountering marine wildlife such as the incredible Whale Shark at Cenderawasih Bay. We spend five days exploring the marine haven of Raja Ampat, sailing through a maze of limestone-karst islands and taking in the beautiful landscapes that this region has to offer. Enjoy both expeditions from the comforts of our flagship vessel, Coral Discoverer, with her shallow draught and manoeuvring capabilities allowing us to reach places larger ships cannot. With only 72 guests, there are no queues, long waits or assigned seating. Join us aboard Coral Discoverer and experience the diversity and unique destinations both Papua New Guinea and the Spice Islands and Raja Ampat have to offer.
