Carpenter told me that he was still trying to find anew "connect" for some more "hydrocodones". I asked Carpenter, "How much?"Carpenter said, "It was $100.00". I then gave Carpenter $100.00 of US Currency forITEM 1 and ITEM 2. I asked Carpenter if I could call him later if I wanted more and he, agreed. I th.en left this location.l . ' " , _ l .' : -

    5. That' the 3 rd day of November, 2011, I ran the license'platEdor tlie truck thatCarpenter was driving, which came back to a,"Beth Carpenter". Believing this car to bepossibly owned by his parents, I ran the name "Austin Carpenter" through the FWPDand DPS databases. One of the results came back to an "Austin Michael CarpenterW/M05/18/1992, I looked up this DL photo from this subject and confirmedthat this was the same person from whom your affiant purchased Item #1 and ITEM #2.6. That on the 15th day of December, 2011, Mike Fish, a .Chemist with the Fort WorthPolice Crime Lab, conducted an analysis of Item #1 and I tem #2; The analysis was

    conducted under lab# 11-06515-1 and revealed that Item # 1 contained 6.48 grams ofdihydrocodeinone, not more than 15mg per dosage unit and Item #2contained 1.02GMof alprazolam. ' .7. That on 15th day of Februa'ry, 2012, your affiant showed the driver's license

    of Carpenter (Austin Michael Carpenter, to a confidential informant, Wr1qhad originally given us information on Carpenter.     5. That on the yth day of November, 2011, your affiant continued an investigation of illegalnarcotic sales from Carpenter. Carpenter contacted your affiant and told me that he hadjust gotten in some "lean" (common street terminology for promethazine/codeine coughsyrup) and was selling it for $20 an ounce, as well as some hydromorphone pills. I toldhirnJhat I would buy 4 ounces of the, cough syrup and 2 of the hydromorphone pills.'Catpenter agceed'to sell all of it to me for $'110,00 and he iNOllrd throw in twohydrocodone'pills forJree. Carpenter toldli1e to meet him at the Kroger parking lot.

    6. That on the yth day of November, 2011, at approximately 1: 14pni, I arrived at the Krogerparking lot at 3120 S. University Dr, Fort Worth, Tarrant County, TX: Carpentercontacted me and told me that he was in his red F-150 from the last time we met. Iwalked over to his truck and got in the bacK passenger seat. I observed Carpenter asthe driver and another W/M that introduced hilllself as "Ryan" in the front passengerseat. Carpenter immediately pulled out a plastic baby bottle filled with a thick purpleliquid, which from training; and experience, looked similart6 couQQsyrtipc;ontainingcodeine (ITEM 1)and handed itto me. Carpentersaid, "Here's like4 and a halfounces".I told him that I only had.$120.00 and didn't have change. I then handed Carpehter$120.00 of US Currency. qarpenter said, "I'll give you an extra couple of more vicodins".I said thatwas ok. Carpenter then pulled out a cloth sack and pulled out somewhite pillsandput themin aplastic baggy. Carpenter said that he and "Ryan" had already takeh,afewourlces of the codeine syrup and said that it was good. Carpenter then handed methe plastic baggy containing two oval white pills with "Watson 385" on them (ITEM 2)and twowh,ite oval pills with "M358" on them (ITEM 3). Carpetner referred to them as"vikes". In the'same baggie, I observed two small circular pills with "M" on one side and'"4" on the othef(ITEM 4). Carpenter said that ITEM 4 were 4mg "hydromorphine" pills.;Carpenter then described the best way to use them was for me to crush them up andsnort them. After some conversation about using other types of opiates, I eventuplly leftthislocation.'

    7. That on the 16th day of December, 2011,Cherish Harmon, a Cheplist with the FortWorth Police Crime Lab, conducted an analysis of Item #1 - #4,' The analysis wasconducted under lab# 11-07293 and revealedtQat Item # 1 cOQtained 155.77 GM ofdextromethorphan, Item #2 contained 1.42 GMpf dihydrocodeinone, not more than15mg per dosage unit, ITEM #3 contained 1.27 Grvlof not more than15mg per dosage unit, and ITEM #4 contained 0.31. GM of hydromorphone.8. That your affiant has conducted research using google maps and maps relating to

    properties owned, rented, or leased by Texas Christian University (an institution ofhigher learning and listed Drug-Free Zone under 481.134 (b)). Your affiant hasconcluded that the Kroger grocery store parking lot located at 3120 S. University Dr. iswithin approximately 500 feet of property owned, rented, or leased byTCU, including butnot limited,tothe TCU Barnes and Noble Bookstore locgted at 2\150 S. University Dr.and the TCU Human Re,sources Administrative building, and the TCU Music BuildingSouth located on the 2900 block of Rogers Ave.

On this day, your affiant successfully purchaseddextromethorphan and dihydrocodeinone from Carpenter, which was later laboratorytested and confirmed to be dextromethorphan and dihydrocodeinone. See details onFWPD #11-118731.6.'; That 'on the 16 th day of November, 2012; your affiant continued an investigation of illegalnarcotic sales from Carpenter; I contacted Carpenter earlier in the day and asked if Icould get some oxycotin. Carpenter said he could get some and to meet him at theKroger around 1:00. Carpenter and I agreed for me to purchase 4 oxycotin pills for$110.00. At approximately 1:16pm, I arriveq at the Kroger parking'lot at 3120 S.University Dr, Fort Worth, Tarrant County, TX. Carpenter contacted me and told me thathe was in his red F-150 from the last time we met. I walked over to his truck and got inthe front passenger seat. Carpenter immediately pulled out a plastic baggy containing 4prescription pills, which I believed to be oxycotin(ITEM 1), and handed ITS:M 1to me. Itold Carpenter that I had djdn't have change and haridedhim USCurn:!ncy

    for ITEM 1. Carpenter said that he would give me another pill sincehe did not havEJ:anychange. Carpenter said he was about to pick up 50 more hydrocodones if I wantedto buy any more. After a short conversation, I left this location.7. Thaton the.1 7t!J day oLNovember, 2011, Sharon R Patlon, a Chemist with the "PortWorth police Crime Lab, conducted an analysis of Item 1. The analysis was conductedunder lab# 11-06783 and revealed that Item # 1 weighed 0.77 GM. Of these 5 tablets,one tabletwas analyzed and contained 0.15 grams of oxycodone.8.
