SUMMARY

I'm 18 years old, studying a bachelor of business at Griffith University, majoring in marketing. I aspire to own my business in the future, preferably a craft beer specialized pub, and I am a brewer enthusiast. In the meantime, I am searching for a part-time job that would help give me valuable experience for my future goals, whilst providing a stable income to support my degree.

Completed "Barista Basics" at the CBD College Pty Ltd trading Barista Basics Coffee Academy Certificate III in Hospitality 12/12/2015 Certificate ID: 52721This course gave me the basic training required to prepare, serve, and make coffee art, in effective and hygienic mannerisms. Responsible Service of Alcohol Course (RSA)

Completed an RSA course under the jurisdiction of "Arrow Training" Certificate III in Hospitality 13/02/2016 Certificate ID: 4889-8260-2800This course legally entitles me the ability to responsibly serve alcohol under licensed premises. Hard documentation can be presented if required.

Understanding Wine Course

Achieved a certificate in "The Top 10 Things You Need To Know To Understand Wine". Provided through "eLearning Portal".14/02/2016Certificate ID: 2564-0306-0416This course provided a general explanation on the diversity of wine, and how wine preferences vary depending on personal taste, and food varieties. Mt Tamborine Organic Garden Tamborine Mountain, QLDFarmer Assistant, December 2014 – Dec 2014

One week experience on an organic farm as an assistant. Jobs included, gardening, stacking/unpacking, and regular customer interaction. Selling products at markets, cash register experience. Work experience only, this was a volunteering opportunity.

Elderado Cinema Brisbane QLDEmployee, Oct 2015 – Dec 2015

Was hired during seasonal holidays to compensate for increased customers. Jobs ranged from general cleaning, customer interaction and maintenance of machines (popcorn, and soft drink dispensers). Gained experience on working under immense pressure.

Unofficial first Job, aged 12. Responsibilities entailed, sweeping, cleaning, interacting, and entertaining guests whilst their hair was being cut.
