odorless and lightweight for easy transport to yoga

classes.     It is 72” long by 24” wide and ¼” thick for a

comfortable surface that protects your joints and

knees.

It’s easy to balance in particular poses on this

thickness than on others.

The mats can be cleaned easily and are durable for at least two

years.

or 6mm thick. Thicker mats are not necessarily better and can create unstable and

risky surfaces for anyone to exercise on. 

The rosin is an all-natural formula that is best stored in an air tight

bag so that it lasts longer.
