The kiosk solution empowers customers to do banking transactions swiftly and seamlessly. It also saves time as customers need not have to stand in queue to get their work completed.
The kiosk includes touchscreen, cheque reader with UV feature, card reader and document printer. The compelling user interface and process flow makes it simpler for customers to use it without any additional help from bank staff. The interface also supports vernacular language hence making it easier for all customers.
The automatic cheque feeder include front and rear side image capture, position sensor, electronic de-skew and endorser
Integration with Cheque Truncation System (CTS) helps to cut down cheque clearance time to 24 hours.
The solution also enables web based internet banking and bill payment options
