Background of New Facility Application

(1) AUM would like to concentrate and put priority on Isuzu business, and we would like to open new 3S facility to meet customers requirement and fulfill customer satisfaction. 3S dedicated only Isuzu facility will be 1st time in Riyadh for Isuzu.

(2) Currently, workshops for pickup and trucks are separated, but with new 3S facility will accommodate both product in one location, which will enhance the convenience for the customers.

(3) Current facility in North Ring Road (NRR) will be donated to Saudi government, as an agreement between Saudi Gov. and Founder of Alissa Group at the end of year 2011.

Benefit of New Facility

(1) 1st 3S facility in Riyadh will enhance ISUZU brand value and convenience for the customers.

(2) Location (E18) is close to industrial area, where many fleet customers are located. And traffic around E18 is good. Then, it is considered to have more sales and service chance for commercial vehicles especially.

(3) New facility will enhance our sales and service boosting.

(4) Current problems (*) will be solved. *a : Workshops for truck and pickup are separated. *b : Malaz Workshop cannot be expanded, due to government instruction
