    This four day intensive programme focuses on

    John Wesey:

    John has applied his more than 20years of working and consultingexperience in the areas of change management, business strategy, processimprovement, leadership development, information technology deploymentand recently, business model innovation. His working experience has been

    across industries and geographies with results. He has led and managedcomplex projects in public and private sectors, implementing visible change tohelp make organizations realize their vision. As co-ordinator of the LeadershipDevelopment Program, he will help make the event the best of learningexperience for all participants. He frequently speaks in select events and he iscoach to a number of young and established managers.

    Prof Viktoria Dalko is a JoAnne Fussa Distinguished Teacher of theGraduate Program in Management, Harvard University Extension

    School, and a Global Professor of Finance at Hult InternationalBusiness School in Boston, Dubai, London, San Francisco, andShanghai. Dalko received a PhD in Economics from the University ofPennsylvania. As Global Professor of Finance at Hult InternationalBusiness School: Core Course Lead for Financial Management andCorporate Finance. Also as an Instructor at Harvard Extensions School:Teaching Graduate Courses in Mergers and Acquisitions; TeachingGraduate Courses in Business Analysis and Valuations; TeachingCorporate Finance and International Financial Markets; ConductingResearch; Supervising Independent Research. Mergers andAcquisition; Financial Analysis; Financial Crisis Prevention.

    Dr Davin Br emner is an Expert and Professor on how to use EffectiveNegotiation Skills and Emotional Intelligence to help participantsbecome better leaders, especially within crises situations. Davin is aglobal consultant to many nations and Professor of Conflict Resolutionand Negotiation at Graduate levels in Universities and BusinessSchools in the UK, Canada, USA and South Africa. Davin , believesthat as a result of his 1 st hand experience of working the freedom pathwith the release of Dr Nelson Madela, he internalised the true

    meaning of Ubuntu people are people through people . He was partof the South African Peace Accord and the negotiations that led to thefirst three elections, and all the drama and trauma of those times. Helearnt and understood leadership working with Mandela from a uniqueperspective, using problem solving, negotiation and conflict resolution.
