WELCOME TO FIRST BAPTISTThis morning we have been given a new and gracious This morning we have been given a new and gracious opportunity, another day for the glory of the Lord. We were not opportunity, another day for the glory of the Lord. We were not promised today, but God has given us breath in our lungs again. promised today, but God has given us breath in our lungs again. May we use our time together to jump into the arms of the Lord, May we use our time together to jump into the arms of the Lord, and thank Him for all that He has given us through it all.and thank Him for all that He has given us through it all. He Himself gives to all people life and breath and all things; and He made from one He Himself gives to all people life and breath and all things; and He made from one man every nation of mankind to live on all the face of the earth, having determined their man every nation of mankind to live on all the face of the earth, having determined their appointed times and the boundaries of their habitation, that they would seek God, appointed times and the boundaries of their habitation, that they would seek God, if perhaps they might grope for Him and find Him, though He is not far from each if perhaps they might grope for Him and find Him, though He is not far from each one of us; Acts 17:25b-27one of us; Acts 17:25b-27

GGaallaattiiaannss 55::2222--2255 But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, self-control; against such things there is no law. Now those who belong to Christ Jesus have crucified the flesh with its passions and desires. CChhrriisstt’’ss lloovvee:: For while we were still helpless, at the right time Christ died for the ungodly.
For one will hardly die for a righteous man; though perhaps for the good man someone would dare even to die. But God demonstrates His own love toward us, in that while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us. (Romans 5:6-8)
CCrruucciiffiieedd:: I have been crucified with Christ; and it is no longer I who live, but Christ lives
in me; and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave Himself up for me. (Galatians 2:20)
LLeeaann iinn:: Submit therefore to God. Resist the devil and he will flee from you. Draw near to
God and He will draw near to you. Cleanse your hands, you sinners; and purify your hearts, you double-minded. (James 4:7-8)

DEAR PARENTS Here at FBCSA, we feel that it is important that kids attend a worship service with their families. As a parent, it is of utmost importance that you model and train your kids in their Christian walk. There is no better way to model corporate worship then to show your kids what it looks like to participate in worship, to listen eagerly, and to pray intently. As you gather here at FBCSA today, we want to partner with you and give you tools to disciple your family. Sitting still in worship can be difficult, even for the most dedicated church-goer, but especially for our youngest attenders. This booklet is designed to help your kids listen a little more closely and to help develop habits of participating during church services. This book is specifically intended for kids age four to around age six. He or she may need your help in navigating the pages. The format will be the same each week as you encourage your kids to listen closely and follow along with the service. Most importantly, after the services conclude, be sure to talk about the things your child learned throughout the morning, whether it be in the car on the way home, at lunch or dinner, or at any other time during the week. Be sure to ask them follow up questions, like, “Can you tell me about this drawing?” or “What words did you hear the pastor say today while he preached?” This will help solidify their learning and comprehension as you discuss the morning and the things God was telling you. God bless you and your family as you worship today. We are glad that you are here! Now, enjoy worshipping together as a family and blessings upon you as you grow in God’s Word together!
LISTEN CLOSELY!
Today, you might hear some of the words below. When you hear them, color in the shape next to the word!
