Lu Lu's Hope prays for premature babies their families & caregivers worldwide. Locally we give away caps and blankets and give the NIC Unit Staff a lunch item to show our love for their human touch with the babies. We also pray for abused and neglected children Worldwide. We ask for Masses and prayers and helping hands to the Local Hospitals. We do not ask for money. Donations are Free Will to your local NIC Unit/Hospital. Blessings, Lu Lu & Prayer Warriors.
Bowing and Genuflection I have to admit that I sometimes laugh to myself when I see people enter into church who genuflect to their pew or bow to the wall. Do we know what we are doing and why? The church gives us instruction that before and after Mass, all who enter into the church should genuflect towards the tabernacle, showing reverence and honor for the real presence of Christ. During Mass, when approaching the sanctuary, all should bow to the altar of sacrifice. Here, Jesus becomes known to us in the blessing of the bread and wine, his true body and blood. We should never bow or genuflect to a statue or a cross. We may pray near them, but they don’t require our recognition of them with a bow or genuflection.

Virtue of the Week
Prudence The virtue that helps us to make sound judgments and directs our actions towards the good.
Test everything; retain what is good.
- 1 Thessalonians 5:12
Holy God, let prudence be a virtue that drives all that
I think, say and do. Guide my words and actions so
that my life is a reflection of your love. Amen.
