Horse Sale SupportMarketing the Horse Sale- we have assisted when asked, hopefully we have upgraded the Initial Ads...next year Marketing would like to get more involved with the Actual Campaign vs. just the Ad upgrades . We also spear headed the e-mails blasts etc ,hopefully this led to additional Horses being entered. Holly, Floyd, Amanda, & Jim entered horses in Sale in support of effort. If more help is needed to get more focus on Filling the stands with Bidders let us know

Snaffle Bit SupportA) Media we are still actively in process of getting both TV and Radio support in Reno. We will ask the NRCHA million dollar Riders, Hall of Fame etc and maybe some Non Pros to be available on a Daily Basis to talk about the event ,and encourage people to come out and attend /Watch and support the vendors & exhibitors. We still need a 2011 press release, Holly is in process of contacting the local media which may include doing the weather from the event center each morning . In addition KOH radio has indicated they may be interested in a morning update on the Snaffle Bit . Holly Gregory is taking the lead on the Reno Media and will update as progress is made. B) Cross promotion with Cinch delayed until 2012 ,due to lack of time to execute plan, next meeting set in Dec - Jim Vangelos C) Owners Party Marketing PR is handled by Floyd Miller , Amanda Gardiner & Holly Gregory . D) Food Vendors - Holly is working on signing 4 new food vendors, she will work with NRCHA to insure compliance, we also will look at getting more picnic benches near the food vendors currently there is only one. E) Kids Corner Jim & Amanda will work on a place were the Kids can play ,while the parents show , shop , eat etc

Facebook Marketing has developed a Facebook page for owners

5 Year plan

Marketing encourages the Board to appoint a committee for a 5 year plan

ASAP

2012 Budget

Marketing will issue a preliminary Budget for 2012 that will support the

Horse sale, premier events & clinics etc to Kathy Gould.

Currently we have Two Flyers that need to be distributed in support of owners party, and Derby, currently being handed out at

the NSHA by Carolyn Reed .
