VICE PRESIDENT REPORT AUGUST

Welcome back everyone. Yes, we have a meeting but with some

restrictions.

Covid 19 How it will affect our meeting.

Only 20 in the room with social distancing therefore chairs will be set out

and no tables.

On arrival you will need to sanitize your hands, your chair and anything

else you touch. Chairs etc sanitized on departure.

There will be an attendance sheet to put your name, phone number and

address on.

A modified supper as only 1 person in the kitchen. If wanting a cuppa

please bring your cup and someone will do everything for you. Also no

home made cake or biscuits, supper will served on serviette by 1

person.

Looking forward to catching up with everyone. Please think about

running a trip, even a day outing.

They are the person who has made the original booking or contact with the owner, and should be the only person to maintain that contact, unless the Trip Leader so directs ie. Everyone please put your thinking caps on for somewhere to go. Need to think where we would like to go for our Christmas Dinner. October weekend would most likely be booked out and very busy, maybe we could pick any other weekend and add a few days. There must be somewhere in this beautiful state you would like to see. Looking forward to all your ideas at the meeting.
