Client Services is excited for the switch from Clientele to SuiteCRM

While it’s an adjustment, SuiteCRM’s new functionality will benefit client services in these ways:

• SuiteCRM will provide more information within the specific areas of FOUNDATION

in which the clients are needing assistance.

• SuiteCRM will also provide better tracking of calls and retain a more accurate call history.

New to the Training Department: Tiered Consulting

Already underway since late July, Stefanie Walesch, Denver Sperry, Dan Arnold, and Scott Odachowski are rotating one week per month to perform on-site consulting.

This consulting will be geared towards newer clients looking to take the next steps with FOUNDATION after going live.

Our very own Neal Klabunde (payroll processor) is featured in this month’s Strongsville Magazine. He is highlighted in an article titled, “Keeping Strongsville Green,” which recognizes individuals who are working to plant and preserve nature.

Neal is one of two people leading the charge for the city’s first community garden and he also owns Dirty Fingernails Nursery with his wife.

Maryland – Our team will meet with Source One Accounting who has more than 40 FSI clients.

Indiana – We’ll visit Harding Shymanski who we are trying to increase shared clients with.
