Here's an easy game to play.

Here's an easy thing to say.

If a packet hits a pocket on a socket on a port,

And the bus is interrupted as a very last resort.

And the address of the memory makes your floppy disk abort,

Then the socket packet pocket has an error to report!

If your cursor finds a menu item followed by a dash,

And the double- clicking icon puts your window in the trash,

And your data is corrupted 'cause the index doesn't hash.

Then your situation's hopeless and your system's goanna crash!

You can't say this?

What a shame, sir!

We'll find you

another game, sir!

If the label on the cable on the table at your house

Says the network is connected to the button on the mouse,

But your packets want to tunnel on another protocol,

That's repeatedly rejected by the printer down the hall,

When the copy of your floppy's getting sloppy on the disk,

And the microcode instructions cause unnecessary RISC.

Then you have to flash your memory and you'll want to RAM your ROM.

Quickly turn off the computer and be sure to tell your mom!

As the deadline fast approaches, And bugs are all that I can see, Somewhere, someone whispers: Write in C. Write in C, Write in C, Write in C, oh, Write in C. LOGO's dead and buried, Write in C. I used to write a lot of FORTRAN, For science it worked flawlessly. Try using it for graphics! Write in C. If you've just spent nearly thirty hours, Debugging some assembly, Soon you will be glad to Write in C. Write in C, Write in C.

ALUMNI’S CORNER Besides education for computer science, I learned how to balance my life through

mentoring system in RRCE. Since then I have been always been under monitoring of

mentor. The best part of the Mentoring System always helps me to evaluate my pro-

gress. It also helped me to rectify and improve on my weakness and at the same time

drives me forward in life with new goals. I have been able to balance my work and

family life much better without any pressure at all. In summary, I am at a point in life

where I am very satisfied with my professional and personal life, and most of this

credit goes to RRCE for it's unique and outstanding education methodologies.

FACTS AND FIGURES

• More than 300 million hectares of forest

area (or 740 million acres) are managed in com-

pliance with PEFC's internationally accepted Sus-

tainability Benchmarks - that's roughly the size of

Egypt, South Africa and Turkey combined.

• Two-thirds of all certified forests globally are

certified to PEFC.

• Currently more than 18,800 companies and

organizations have achieved PEFC Chain of Cus-

tody certification.

• One-third of all Chains of Custody globally

have been awarded by PEFC.

• 49 national members and 39 endorsed na-

tional certification systems have joined forces

under the PEFC umbrella to collaboratively pro-

mote sustainable forest management.

The education from RRCE did help me get lots of op-

portunities for work. At the time I was hired, the com-

panies were mostly looking for graduates who have

real practical knowledge around tools and technologies

used in IT industry which was missing from the fresh

graduates from most of the other uni-

versities. The students from RRCE had

this knowledge because the education

at RRCE is very different than tradi-

tional academic courses that most uni-

versities have. The education at RRCE

is a block system where students are

educated with lots of lab work using current tools and

technologies used in the IT industry. The reason I had

lots of practical knowledge and knew more about some

of the latest tools and technologies was one of the

main reasons why my company hired me.
